Depending on the settings and version of Norton Internet Security, here are some additional steps:
-- In Norton Internet Security Click on Norton AntiSpam Click on Status & Settings Click on Ad Blocking Click on Configure Click on Advanced ON the right-hand side, scroll down until you Block /ad Highlight /ad Click on Remove Click on Ok Click on Ok Also, in Internet Explorer -- at your normal home page, go to Tools, Internet Options. -- On the General tab, in the Temporary Internet files box, click on Delete Files, click on Okay. Once that is complete, -- click on Settings, select every visit to the page, click on Okay. This will clear any cached files in Internet Explorer. At this point, reboot your machine. Once the machine comes back up, retry accessing the files.
